Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at ludovite@hiddenstate.games if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being accessed by unauthorised parties or are otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our prior written consent.
• Engage in activity that unreasonably burdens or disrupts our infrastructure or the experience of other users.

The Service and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Hidden State Games Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described therein.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. You may request an export of Your Content within 30 days of termination; after that period we are not obliged to retain it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hidden State Games Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) £100.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
